Refund policy

Refunds
At this time, we do not issue refunds, however, we do issue store credit.  Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent to your email. There is a 7-day window to request store credit from the day you receive your items.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages and issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or cannot be returned.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, accessories, jewelry, intimates, swimwear and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us using the CONTACT US form at the bottom of the page. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are in charge of return shipping costs.  Unless items needs to be returned because of our mistake.  You will receive store credit as soon as we receive your return.
